Course Description

The Policy and Procedure Review course trains participants to critically evaluate and update organizational policies through a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) lens. It focuses on equipping individuals with the skills to assess existing policies, identify areas for improvement, and draft new policies that promote fairness and inclusivity.

The course addresses the need for organizations to ensure their policies support a diverse and equitable work environment, enhancing both compliance and organizational culture. Participants will learn to implement effective DEI strategies and communicate changes effectively.
